Confirmation of registration will be emailed to you, if applicable. At that time, policy and final registration forms will be provided through email if needed. All forms must be completed and provided to Creative Learning Lab on the first day of class or camp in order for your child to participate. All Private Lessons must be paid by the second week of lessons each month. Late payments will accrue a $10 late fee.
